Atrial and Ventricular Myosin Heavy-chain Expression in the Developing Chicken Heart: Strengths and Limitations of Non-radioactive In Situ Hybridization
J. Histochem. Cytochem. Somi et al. 54: 649

Supplemental Material - Somi et al. - Vol. 54, pp 649-664

Online Supplemental data for Somi et al.: Figures.

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplemental Figure 1 - Multiple sequence alignment of four different ventricular myosin heavy chain (VMHC) cDNA sequences reported in Genbank. The Genbank entry numbers are indicated in the multiple alignment and are AB032197: Full length clone of VMHC containing the complete coding sequence of VMHC (Machida 2000b), CMHC: chick myosin heavy chain (Croissant et al. 2000), X59552: partial clone of VMHC (Stewart et al. 1991), and S64689: partial clone of VMHC (Bisaha and Bader, 1991). The star above the sequences indicate sequence differences.
  • Supplemental Figure 2 - Sequence alignment of two in Genbank reported atrial myosin heavy chain (AMHC) clones, with AB004801 being a full length clone of AMHC containing the complete coding sequence (Oana et al. 1998), and S78540, being a partial clone of AMHC (Yutzey et al 1994). Sequence differences are indicated by an asterisk underneath the sequence.
  • Supplemental Figure 3 - Sequence alignment of the full length clones of ventricular myosin heavy chain (AB032197; Machida et al. 2000b) and atrial myosin heavy chain (AB004801; Oana et al. 1998). Sequence differences are indicated by an asterisk underneath the sequence.
